A public communicator (L. 150/2000), a specialist in external and institutional relations with international experience, he holds a degree in economics from an Italian university and certification in English for Journalism from the University of Pennsylvania.
A passionate popularizer, he is a member of the Order of Journalists and writes regularly for Italian and foreign newspapers, is the author of books, essays and technical articles in Italian and English, and participates as a speaker and moderator at conferences and seminars.
As part of his associational activities representing the profession, he has served as president of Assocomunicatori, the National Association of Business Communicators, and of the confederal communications sector of Confassociazioni, the National Confederation of Professional Associations, where he currently serves as president Southern Italy.
Recognized for his contributions to the Italian American community, Cutuli has held important positions in prestigious American organizations and has received several awards for his work on behalf of this community.
